The Halti is an excellent way to train any dog how to loose leash walk. Pulling is stopped immediately, but a little training is needed to teach your dog to walk naturally. Some dogs will need some time and treats to adjust to the harness, but it is well worth a little patience. Dogs not only walk better, but because you have control over their head, you can also stop any aggression or over excitement without yelling or accidentally hurting your dog. My dog loves wearing his, and is excited to see me bring it out because he knows that it's time for a walk. Even my mother, who has back problems, is completely comfortable walking my 90 lb Catahoula. If nothing else has stopped the pulling, give this product a try!
