My dogs love tennis balls and they have a blast with these. But, it doesn't take them long to get torn up, as with all tennis balls. One of my dogs loves to just tear the cover right off them. They are inexpensive so we do buy them in quantity.

My golden loved tennis balls, but he could destroy them in a minute. I always watched him because I was afraid he would swallow part of the tennis ball. We gave up on tennis balls and when to Planet Dog balls.
