Kongs are great!
Pros: keeps dogs busy longer than anything else
Cons: can get icky in there

but they are not hard to clean and i bet you could put in the dishwasher too. you can get creative with what to stuff in there. its amazing you dog can get it all out but they do,,,, eventually.
