Did they change the feet?
Pros: My dog cannot destroy it, no matter how hard he tries
Cons: It is very loud, which thrills my dog, but can be annoying to us humans when we're on the phone or trying to watch TV

Review Details
This looks like the toy my dog has, which we fondly refer to as his "foot ball." He has had two of them in 4 years. They last a l-o-n-g time, and the squeaker cannot fall out, BUT the "ankles" eventually do start to get weak from all the abuse. I'd like to get him another one, but when I look in the pet supply stores, the new ones all have hollowed-out feet, instead of solid feet like the old one. I am concerned that he would chew the feet off and eat them in no time if I get him one of the new ones. (My apologies to the manufacturer if this is not the same brand.) I've had this thing in my house for a couple of years and it's held up remarkably well, but I need to replace it and they changed the mold to save rubber or something. By the way, if you are easily annoyed by loud squawking and squeaking for hours on end, find a different toy for your dog. (-;
