Review Details

The benefits of supplemental omega fatty acids are controversial, as is everything about health foods. And omega-9 is probably thought to be the least-useful supplement of all.

But if you've thought it through and decide to give yourself extra omegas, why not give them to your pets too?

This product is a one-pint bottle of liquid prepared entirely from plant sources. For those doing vegan or vegetarian, you can take this supplement too.

On days when my dogs get "stinky food" (from cans or from Honest Kitchen with water added back in), it's easier to pour in a little of this than it is to make a little hole in a capsule and squeeze it out.

Actually, it would probably soak right in to kibble, too. I don't think Ive tried giving it to my dogs that way.

Anyway, I really like the convenience of this product, but it can be a little inconvenient to get. For sure it's not in your supermarket or pet-food store.

I get it at the health-food store where I buy other supplements that I can't get in the vitamin aisle of the grocery store. And that's several items, so it's not really a bother.

Read up on nutrition and supplements, and see what you think!

I thought the same thing- I give myself omegas (when I can remember), why not the dogs? Monk's like a whole new dog, and I still can't remember to take mine! Maybe the omegas would help with the memory...
