Pros: good size for small to medium sized dogs, easy to move around
Cons: not a good size for toy breeds
My terrier mix has suffered from bad knees since he was a puppy. Trying to get him to stop jumping is sort of like trying to stop a river from flowing. Thankfully, these steps have helped him slow down a bit, especially after surgery. In addition, he's mostly blind so he can still get up on the bed to sleep with me without worrying about his depth perception.
My shih tsu, on the other hand, has a problem with scaling the steps. They seem a bit too big for a toy breed. She copes, however, so definitely two thumbs up from this owner.
