Owning pits, these are really the only kind of "bone" that I can use for them. The will lick out the fillings, which takes a few days, and then gnaw away at the bone so that they can get deeper into the bone for the rest of filling. Since they will literally chew anything else to shreds within a short period of time, these are staples in my doggie toy/chew bin.
