Pros: Made in USA, does what it promises
Cons: You must adjust the collar every time you use it

Basically, the Illusion collar keeps the leash up near the top of the neck/right under the chin, where Cesar recommends a leash sit for proper training and control.
This works exceptionally well - Lily is squirrel crazy. I'd walk her around Seattle, and if she saw a squirrel, she would go nuts. The Illusion collar is the only thing that worked and allowed me to control her in these situations.
I now live in a place where, for whatever reason, there don't seem to be any squirrels except in the woods, so I don't use the collar much anymore. But I think that's the point - you use this as a training tool.
