If I could save one pet from writing this review, then Zootoo was worth my months, weeks, days and long hours of writing reviews. You may want to check with your vet to back up my statement but peroxide could save your pets life. If a dog would eat something poison, and you catch it in time, a tablespoon of peroxide will promote vomitting in seconds! I administer the cap full of peroxide ASAP and bingo! you have your dog reguratating whatever he has swallowed. Its worked on my dogs and I'm sure it would work with oher pets, but I havent tried it on any other pet but a dog. Ask your vet, invest a buck, and keep it on hand! I hope you find this information helpful. It could save your pets life!

Yesterday Buffy got zapped by a skunk in my back yard. She got two baths, the first in vinegar and shampoo the second with this recipe : 1 Quart peroxide, 1 tsp. soda,
1 tsp. dishwashing liquid. Seemed to do the job. Still having problems with the odor in her mouth and nose. Went to Pet Spot and got greenies and greenies smart snacks. She just carries them around, hasn't chewed on them (Maybe she can't smell them.) Ha, ha.
thank you soooo much for the advise
You have to have this if you have animals. I didn't know this until I had my dog ingest something he shouldn't have..but, you can use diluted peroxide to induce vomiting. I was surprised at how well it worked and am happy to say that there were no lasting effects on my dog.

I also keep it to clean Bailey's lip folds. If you don't clean them this black yuck will build up in there and begin to smell, and if left too long would get infected. Poor boy, he knows when I come at him with the washcloth, but it is for his own good.

And, of course..there is the old stand by to use peroxide for an open wound to clean it out.
