Works really well, but bothers stomach

I have been using this for a few months now, it was a wonder supplement at first. Weaver did not eat it straight from my hand I had to break it up in his food. I have found that it really bothers his stomach (he is 13). Seems to make him nauseous, he has recently begun having blood in his stool, which has prompted me to stop the DGP. I am not sure if this is the cause or if it is Colitus which could be from the supplement. He has been to the vet, but we are still not sure of cause, I will update...I do suggest you use with caution.
