Pros: excellent source of omega fatty acids AND it has Glucosamine for joints
Cons: cost $17 per 1 lb bag
It was recommended to us that we supplement our dog after ACL repair with fatty acids and glcosamine for her joints. We tried several products and glucosamine tablets she did not like taking the tablets. This is a powder that must taste good to dogs, liver flavored powder. I put it under her dog food when we feed her and she will dig through her food for it. She has black fur and is 12 years old so she had dandruff prior to using this product. He knee healed well. We keep her on it now for the Glucosamine joint benefits.
Highly recommended especially if you have a hard time getting you dog to take glucosamine pills.
