Somebody at the shelter where I volunteer thinks they work, so we have them there. I'm not there enough to say that they've made a difference.
But it doesn't seem to be helping in my home. I imagine that air currents carry the stuff through the house and make it weaker in the one room I have it plugged into, so that wouldn't be the product's fault.
But I have a dog that lies right next to the diffuser and doesn't seem to be getting any benefit.
I trust the people who say that it works, but I can't recommend it from my own experience - yet, anyway.
