Great idea, but not for dogs who like to chew!
Pros: Great concept and can be adjusted to any car and most dogs
Cons: If you dogs chews thru it, they can escape!~

I bought this for my shletie Ernie. I felt safer with him harness and in the back. He felt too restainined as he likes to look thur the window in the back of the SUV. He quietly chewed thru the harness in 2 places and was freed...not once, but twice.
Either you need a more mature dog or one that won't chew.
