Directions: Unsnap shackle from Batzibelt. Slip it over car seat belt or shoulder harness. Snap one of the snap hooks through the shackle's circular end and snap the other hook onto your pets harness or collar. A good strong harness is the safest. The shackle can be left on the seat belt and will not be in the way of a passenger. Small is 5/8". Small is recommended for dogs up to 30 lbs.Description provided by the manufacturer or retailer
