I bought this for our German Shepherd/Border Collie mix. I was not that impressed with the ease of use. Maybe if she had different hair it would work better. I have the product but do not use it.

I think it works better for short haired dogs. It is the only brush/comb I've been able to use that my dog will stand still for.
Good comment, It is helpful to know that it works better on short-haired breeds and is tolerated by them.
