Pros: It keeps Baxter off my couch
Cons: can be a bit noisy when the nieces and nephews are climbing about the couch
Baxter has a chair that all his own yet he seems to have developed an affinity for my new couch. Mind you when I am around he stays off but every time Id come home I could see the tell tell signs he was lounging. I tried the Petzoff blanket and it seems to be doing the trick. Baxter dosen't like the sound or maybe its that he gets too warm sitting on it. The 'foil' seems to made of the same stuff as those emergency space blankets which is what makes me think it just gets too warm for him. Either way it does the trick. Baxter stays off the couch and sticks to his chair.
