This really is premium stuff (unlike many mainstream brands that claim to be). I used to feed this to my dogs, when they needed to put some weight on after leaving the shelter. It's a little too high in calories for them now. It's also a little pricey for a multi-dog family, so I've switched to another high quality product by the same manufacturer, that's a little less expensive and more appropriate for their needs anyway.
