I pick this up for my mom's dog on the way home from work (it must be purchased from our vet since they don't sell it at grocery stores). Her dog is elderly and does very well on this food. He was having a lot of stomach problems and is doing much better on this food. He also has bad teeth so that's why she goes with the vet-recommended canned food.
