I don't give my dog pig ears too often because I have read that they might make him sick--although they have NEVER made my dog sick yet. They are fattening, however. That said, my dog loves them! So once in a whle I give him one for a special treat. Frankly, I don't tink they're gross at all; they are totally natural.
