Have been using these all my life. They are ugly but effective. Have to be careful when removing to disgard - so you don't become a sticky mess with flies stuck in your hair. LOL Had a cat once bat one down and found him sitting at my desk wrapped in the strips with a mess of flies in his fur. Was he ever mad!!! I couldn't stop laughing. He spent the next 24 hours almost non-stop grooming himself. There were no ill effects. Thank goodness.
