Review Details
The Hartz collars we have used for our cats are longlasting and have also been effective. We have NEVER had a flea problem with our cats as long as they have had their collars each year. Additionally, we write their names on the collars and it doubles as "ID" for our pets! The elastic snap collars are hard to find but are the best because they provide an "escape" in case a cat gets caught on something or stuck. Sometimes in the summer the snap can get turned around under the neck and create irritation.
