My dog irritated his paws last year. He made it worse by licking them. I applied this gel twice a day and his feet began to heal. Along with the soothing gel it has a cedar scent which discouraged him from licking his feet. It does last a long time.

We almost got to spring without feet licking. But with this last storm Cal started to lick. I rubbed on Phytogel and he stopped licking before any sores developed.
