We have the wireless system but have found that its not quite as escape proof as the in-ground wire system we used to have. It seems the batteries don't last very long and the area which the system covers is smaller. Still a good system for protecting pets from the road and keeping them in the yard. Convenient method and gives an alternative to renting a trench digger and burying a wire all around your yard!
