Pros: keep the floor dry
Cons: can be costly depending on where you buy it
having two very sloppy dogs, this placemat is great to have under their bowls so that when they slop water all over it doesn't mess out the hardwood floors in our kitchen. you can buy this product at many places and some will even customize it with their name(s).
