Rechargable is the way to go

I have 6 of these collars and they are great. I just sit it on top of the transmitter unit (which will also remind you when they need charging) over night and recharge the collar. No expensive batteries to replace. It is also a well made collar and fits any size dog. The dogs also don't mind the collars becuase the unit is actually very light weight and not uncomfortable. I highly recommend this collar and system.
