We have to use diapers on Mia sometimes and I used them from time to time with my Bella. It didn't seem to bother either of them. And they actually used them. Thats a good idea to just cut a hole in the diaper! If it works, go for it.

this also can help males that get neuter so not to chew on stiches if they won't take it off
