Not my number one product to use for dental hygiene, but it works. I find it easier to just administer it directly to my dog's mouth rather than his food since I did have a little hard time at first when I put it in his food. I don't like to necessarily think that my dog didn't go near his food much because of the product, but I just found it easier to give it to him directly so I could know that it was being put to good use.
