Smart Pak is an internet site selling a variety of animal products. The only thing I ordered from them was the personalized martingale collar. The collar comes personalized with the dog's name and (if you wish) a phone number where the owned can be reached if the dog gets lost. The collar is a martingale which is the only kind I would use on my dog. It is attractive and came at a good price
