Cons: not safe
these collars are good if you know what you are doing. people buy them with out being educated on how to use them properly. they think that the collar will train the dog. so many dogs come into our shelter wearing a choke collar that will barely come off their head because their owners leave them on all the time, and with a growing dog, that can be very dangerous and cause it to grow into their skin, very scary product

I agree. This product is scary when people don't know how to use it or use it on a dog that doesn't need it.
