Pros: Dog don't mind wearing them and they keep them in fences!

These Puppy Bumpers are a wonderful invention! No more tacking chicken wire to fences. Cute stuffed collars keep small dogs and puppies from escaping! What a great idea. Now little dogs can be safe from squeezing through small spaces. I love them!
