Pros: nice for indoor, off leash animals
Cons: breaks away too easy
i put these on my cat because she likes to rub on things and gets stuck a lot. i dont use them anymore because everytime she goes outside, she returns without her collar and tags. and i can never find them, imagine that...
now i just have her microchipped

The Keep-Safe Breakaway Collar is made specifically for dogs, not for cats. It's made because a dog's regular collar can get caught on a sharp, strong object when running or climbing over a fence or in another dog's teeth while playing. Dogs have been strangled by their own collars. Sure, this collar breaks away, but that's the purpose. I'd rather lose a collar than have my dog lose his life. And yes, our dogs are also microchipped.

I hope people just make sure they don't use these on their dogs in a truck if the dog does not have a cage. Yikes!
