After I tried this, I looked into this in more detail. Most people aren't aware that these don't stop the dog's normal head movement or wish to pull. They just severely limit it and can injure the dog when s/he forgets and whips the head around. The safest training device for headstrong pullers is the Prong or Pinch collar, next is a conventional smooth slip chain (not choke- they respond to the sound)- and last, a headcollar.
