Pros: Helps with control of some dogs
Cons: Dogs can slip out of it if they move just right & there is enough slack
My Tornado Twins absolutely refused to wear this collar and one of my guys actually struggled so much that he managed to slip out of it. Very, very bad since we live in a high traffic urban area. The chest harness, however, does the trick and we use it with them for ever walk.
