The Gentle Leader is a great invention and has probably kept many dogs out of the shelters. Dogs who are completely unmanageable become easy to handle after putting this on. Many dogs will have a bit of a tantrum when you first put one on them because suddenly they are not in control any more and they don't like it. I recommend putting it on and immediately going for a fun walk to distract them. Do watch the video before you use it because there are some special techniques you have to apply to make it most effective. I have had great results with this for many dogs in my training classes and recommend it highly. It fits just about every dog well and is easy to adjust, put on, and take off. The only dogs who are hard to fit are those with very short noses. This is my number 1 pick for unruly pulling dogs.
