Nice tag but ink can bleed

We had one of these for our dog years ago. We bought it at the grocers and fixed it up ourselves--no waiting. The reflector worked fine. The little boy next door even commented that our dog had a light on it (which I thouht was very cute) the reflector worked that well when hit by the sun, etc. The bad thing about this tag is the ink can run to where it is nolonger servicable. I'm not sure if getting it wet is the problem or not, but I do remember that the ink ran.
