Pet Product Review

Iams foods appear to healthy high quality foods. But due to the fact that they were involved in the recent tainted pet food scare, I don't care to buy their products anymore. I was a loyal consumer - that's what my cats ate consistently. Thank God we were not affected by the certain products I bought, but my sister's dog ate the Iams pouched dog food in the recall & developed kidney problems. She received immediate veterinary treatment & is doing great. Shame on Iams with their high priced food being included on the same lists with cheap food because they were trying to save money with inferior products from China. I haven't been able to forgive them for endangering pets & can only show my anger at them by not patronizing them. I'm sure their products are thoroughly safe now, but I've found other trusted pet foods to buy from companies that were never involved in that horrific tragedy.
