My dogs love this kennel. They feel safe in here and will go in on their own. It made it easy to potty train. Its open so they can see whats going on and still feel part of the family when they are in the kennel. The only bad thing is that its heavy and I have a hard time loading and unloading it by myself when we take trips. I know its suppose to fold down but I have tried that and its harder than what its made out to be. All I have manage to do with it is pinch my fingers (ouch)!! However its great for my babies!!!
