We use newspapers at the shelter constantly! People are always saving their newspapers for us and bringing them in! We use them to line the cages that the small dogs & puppies stay in. They work great to soak up any urine or water that gets spilled. The cages get cleaned daily so we do go through alot of newspapers, but that is fine because they are donated, and we are recylcling them!
