This book has been around a while. I can't remember when I got my first one but it was a long time ago. I think the latest copyright is 1999 but I think you'll find it dates back a lot furture. If you have never had a tank before READ THE BOOK! It's not an easy hobby! The tips are great in this book as well. Just the other day I was filling up my tank with fresh water and, as usual I put a cereal bowl in the bottom. My partner asked me why I did that and I told her is was to keep for messing up the landscape - I learned that from this book. if you follow it, you will not go wrong!
