Exceptional care!

I've done a session of basic training with Lori, and she also allowed me to audit another class in order to bring my shy, fearful dog out of her shell. (Does she know she is a Lab?) The bottom line is that she is still shy, but the classes helped so much.

Kona has also stayed with Lori when we went on vacation, and after a couple of days, warmed right up to her. Lori is so patient and compassionate, and I was pleased, but not surprised that she'd been able to "break through" to our dog--something other kennel operators haven't been able to do.

The facility is set up really well, and the dogs' days are structured well, with a nice mix of social and quiet time.
