I have unfortunately had to use them several times within the pst several years, and they have always returned my pets' ashes in a timely and dignified manner.

I'm sorry that this terrible tragedy has happened to you. One would hope that their pet's remains are treated with as much respect and care in death as they were treated in life, and it is sad that your dog was handled in this careless manner. This unfortunate event can only serve to increase the pain and loss of your companion animal, and it is unforgivable. I extend to you my sincerest condolences. I hope your experience is an isolated one, and others do not have to go through this as well.
