They would not let us give them our dogs food while they stayed there. They would only allow for the dogs to eat what they had. When we got them back they had horrible diarrhea. There was also blood coming out in it and cost us a lot of trips to the vet. I would never reccomend this place to anyone.

Pros: place to keep your pets while you're away

Cons: everything else

Staff was so courteous. Beautiful new hotel close to everything. Plenty of areas to walk pets with poop scoop bags available. Close to restaurants and mall area.
