My first visit was my last visit. THEY had messed up my appt time and the groomer was angry with me and the desk clerk for the mistake--she literally glared at us. She wouldn't take the time to talk to me about what I wanted despite me waiting a half hour to do so (at their request), and what I got hours later was a dog I didn't recognize. I asked to keep my shih tzu's hair long, and he was shaved to approx 1 inch long. I had to reshape his face when I got home to get rid of the "pyramid" effect of his head. The poor thing moped around the house for days. NOT my fault THEY called with the wrong time, and NOT my fault the other groomer was on maternity leave. It's 4 months later, and I'm still angry over the whole situation. Too bad I paid for such awful service before I got my dog back. Wish I could've given the groomer a negative rating.
