My nephew, Justin, wanted to take Tina - Trick or Treating with him. He stated that she needed a costume, of course. I looked everywhere for one that would fit a dog that was only 5" long from her neck to the base of her tail. I could not find one and I did not want to disappoint Justin so I created a Pumpkin Costume for her.
