Sample Coupon Apology

Dear ZooToo Community –

Comfort Zone® with D.A.P.® began actively engaging with the ZooToo community in May of 2008 with the hope of providing individuals with product information and samples of this valuable tool to help keep dogs calm and stress free. Upon receiving product sample requests, a mailer was distributed containing a sample wipe, product information and a coupon valid for $10.00. This coupon, while accepted for a $10.00 discount by most major retailers, contained a misprinted bar code valid for a $2.50 discount.

To rectify the situation, we will be mailing a new $10.00 off coupon to all ZooToo members that received the incorrect version. That is nice. I still have not recieved any of my samples I have requested. Do they take awhile to recieve?

It is always good to see a business promptly take necessary/appropriate action to notify affected consumers as well as would-be customers, and to make amends for a misdeed (or misprint!). I happened to receive one of your mailings (with the $10 coupon) TODAY and appreciate your effort and concern.
