Cat Claws

Cat Claws was founded in the mid 1980’s by Bill and Gale Seliskar. Bill owned a corrugated box company, and they noticed that their cats loved to scratch on samples he would bring home. So the Cat Claws Scratching Pad was born. Selling their single product through newspaper and magazine ads, they soon expanded into a catalog of unique cat products sold from a warehouse in Des Plaines, Illinois.

In 1993, Bill and Gale moved their company to Morrilton, Arkansas to be closer to family. Since then, Cat Claws has continued to expand their line of hard-to-find cat products. The secret to their success is the top-quality certified organic catnip used in all of their products – cats love it, and it keeps their owners coming back for more.
