When I first got Shyster, he was a 2 year old stray, but that still didn't mean he would eat just anything you put in front of him. I tried many of the mainstream cat treats (Pounce, Whiskas, etc) but he would only sniff them and then leave them be. Once a friend brought him some Greenies, though, and he went BANANAS! To this day, it's the only packaged cat treat he'll eat, though he'll only have 2 or 3 at a sitting before he loses interest and saunters away. Which isn't a bad thing, 'cause they're not the cheapest thing on the market!
