Lines, but shreads...
Pros: The jumbo liners fit well into the covered litter box
Cons: My cats easily shred them, making it difficult to empty.

Review Details
Although the size of the liners are perfect for the covered litter box, I have to use two of them each time I change the litter box. Like all cats, my cats like to work their claws on the plastic and were shredding the liner to bits. If I use two liners, I have a better chance of not having to drag the whole litter box outside to change so that I don't spill dirty litter all over the laundry room.
