My cat likes this!

Frederico Ferret is a small toy made of rabbit fur with something inside that rattles. My cat likes it! I don't know how long the interest will last, but the initial reaction was wonderful. He ran over and grabbed Frederico in his mouth, rolled on his back and tried to disembowel the poor thing with his hind feet.

I'm cautious about products that have small parts that can come loose and be swallowed. In addition to the rattle component, this has beady eyes and a little red nose, all made from plastic. The toy appears to be extremely well constructed, but it is definitely a cat toy. When the cat is not playing with it I put it away so my dog can't get it. She would tear it apart in no time.
