These looked like the most decadent treats for our cats but they looked at me like I was trying to serve them dog food. Glad I could try the sample 1st.

They are a toy, not a treat. However, the problem could be that your cat does not react to catnip. Another possibility is that the sample you got was an older one. Newer ones have a very strong odor. Try rubbing it with your hands to get the oils from the catnip freshened.
